About
Our story
She doesn’t buy jewellery because it’s trendy. She buys it because it has a story.
Why RUMAA exists
There is a moment — you know the one. When a woman gets dressed just for herself. Not for work. Not for a wedding. Not for anyone else. She puts on something that makes her feel beautiful, divine, sacred. That moment is hers alone.
RUMAA was made for that moment. We make jewellery for the woman who is deeply in love with herself. Who seeks meaning in the things she owns. Who knows the difference between something real and something that only looks real.
When she chooses RUMAA, she is not choosing a trend. She is choosing herself.
What we make — and why it matters
Every stone in a RUMAA piece is genuine. Naturally sourced. Untreated. The rose quartz is pale pink because that is what rose quartz looks like — not because it was dyed. The lapis lazuli has gold pyrite flecks because that is what Afghan lapis looks like — not because it was painted. The labradorite flashes blue and green in direct light because that is what labradorite does — not because of any treatment or coating.
We use gold-plated findings because we believe real gemstones deserve real craft around them. We test our materials before we use them. We tell you exactly what your piece is made of.
This is not standard in the jewellery industry. It is standard at RUMAA.
Made slowly. In small batches.
RUMAA pieces are not mass produced. Each collection is made in limited quantities. When a design sells out, it may not return immediately. This is intentional.
We would rather make fewer pieces that are genuinely good than make thousands of pieces that are merely adequate. Every piece that leaves us has been touched, checked, and finished by hand. No two are exactly the same.
That is not a flaw. That is the point.
All RUMAA pieces are made in small batches. Stock is not replenished automatically. If you love something — it is worth getting now.
Every RUMAA piece is made for a woman who knows her own worth. If that is you, welcome.
